Brianna is a dedicated kinesiologist with a background in competitive dance and a passion for performance optimization. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from UBC and recently completed a Graduate Certificate in the Optimization of Health for Performance in Irish Dance from the University of Limerick. Brianna brings a strong foundation in movement, injury prevention, and functional training, supported by hands-on coaching and customer service experience.

Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of human movement, with a focus on helping active individuals and dancers recover from injury and enhance performance. She is known for her supportive, enthusiastic approach and values building strong, empowering relationships with clients.
